Create a new Custom BB Code in your Admin Control Panel with the following values: Title "MagicCards.Info", Tag "card", Replacement "<a href="http://magiccards.info/autocard.php?card={param}">{param}</a>". Leave everything else empty.

phpBB

Create a new BBCode in your ACP (BBCodes → Add a new BBCode) with the following values: BBCode usage "card", HTML replacement "<a href="http://magiccards.info/autocard.php?card={TEXT}">{TEXT}</a>", Help line: "MagicCards.Info Autocard".
