Gatherer Card Rulings [Nov 2009]

• 10/4/2004: Lands with Cycling are affected.
• 10/4/2004: It means lands with an activated ability that can't ever generate mana or which has a target.
• 4/1/2008: With Threshold's conversion to an ability word, lands such as Barbarian Ring that used to only have their threshold ability when you had 7 or more cards in your graveyard now have the ability at all times. This means that there is never a time when Tsabo's Web won't apply to them.
