Jeder Spieler erhält während seines Zuges und vor seiner Enttapphase eine Zählmarke für jedes ungetappte Land. Der Stromstoß fügt dem Spieler dann während seiner Versorgungsphase 1 Punkt Schaden für jede dieser Zählmarken zu. Danach werden die Zählmarken abgelegt.

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, Power Surge deals X damage to that player, where X is the number of untapped lands he or she controlled at the beginning of this turn.
